2011 Weekly Rental Rates
CHATEAU DE LA POUJADE - CHATEAU DE LA BOURGONIE


Low season: May 14 to July 9 
and August 20 to October 29

High season: July 9 to August 20

Our carefully studied rates include the following:

• 2 hours of cleaning per day (except on Sunday) 
• Maintenance of pool and gardens
• Electricity and water costs
• Linen provided (bedding, towels: bath, kitchen, and pool) 
The linen is changed on Saturdays
• Local tourist tax


Rates for La Bourgonie sleeping 12: from 3990 euros *
(tax included)
Rates for La Poujade sleeping 15: from 4180 euros*
(tax included)

* 30% deposit required upon reservation, balance due 4 weeks before arrival
* Upon reception of deposit, a rental contract will be sent to you
* Arrival: Saturday, any time after 6:00 pm
* Departure: Saturday, before 10:00 am
In the case of a bank wire transfer, related fees are the responsibility of the renter
